For me, digital forensics is all about the hunt for evidence from digital witnesses that have critical information. Every digital artifact is an independent witness with a story about what happened on and with the computer.
Throughout the entire cybercrime profession, I think there is nothing more exciting than digital investigative analysis (digital forensics). The exhilaration that comes from being on the hunt to find the truth in the digital devices I examine. is what it's all about. I love teaching the SANS FOR500 Windows Forensic Analysis course and bring the excitement and energy of the profession in my SANS classes.
